Blower packages built for the long haul featuring low revving Sutorbilt pumps. Suitable for installing on plant floor. Each blower is sized to match application with a low RPM target which results in long life and low noise. Silencers are chambered with no packing ensuring safe operation without the possibility of packing blow out. Intake air is filtered through a replaceable cartridge. Frame is all welded square tube with no penetrations. A minimum drive service factor with multiple belts gives reliable service. A lexan window in guard allows easy viewing of belt tension. Drive guard is relieved on bottom giving a measure of safety by preventing dust build up inside guard. A counterweighted pressure relief valve keeps blower in operating pressure zone without the whistle of a spring loaded valve. Pressure blowers come standard with a check valve designed to prevent powder back flow into blower. All blowers are fitted with a dual switch pressure device that when programmed into system results in plug free convey operations
