Sanitary receptor tube bag spout clamp utilizes dual pneumatic air cylinder assist for clamp movement. Final clamping is done through dual over center latches for safety. Receptor tube is surrounded by an enclosure that makes use of a 3” dust port for keeping receptor area clean.

ForceFlo bag massagers are mounted to top of bag pan. When the bag pan is vibrated, this force is transmitted to massager paddles further ensuring positive discharge. Massager paddles are actuated by dual air cylinders that enable a steep discharge angle on bottom of bag.

Frame is constructed of 4” square tube, all continuously welded. Entire assembly is built in major modules that accept a range of discharge feeding devices. All holes through members are sleeved and welded. Fit and finish is top notch.
