Flapper style diverts valves feature a 1" diameter shaft operating a composite divert blade. This blade consist's of a white buna wiper secured between two stainless steel plates. A rack and pinion actuator operates the blade. Sizes from 6" to 12" diameter are available and can be of split design or one leg straight through.
Backet valves over a more leak resistant design. By placeing the center pivot portion in the center of the blade, sides can be incorporated into blade. A machined interior surface allows for a much tighter fit than flapper style. Blades are non composite. Valves are also designed for quick tool free take apart.
